WHO WE ARE
Fenton Capital is led by Eugene Maslov, a senior professional with over 25 years of international experience in helping companies – from large corporates to early stage startups – finance their growth.

Prior to founding Fenton Capital, Eugene worked at an alternative finance company called Mercury Media Group raising capital from institutional investors (challenger banks, private debt funds and family offices) for the company’s investment transactions.

Prior to this, he worked at corporate and investment banks including Lazard and Lloyds Bank in London and Credit Suisse in New York, advising companies on M&A and debt financing deals.

Earlier in his career, he was a management consultant at McKinsey in Moscow advising companies on strategic, operational and organisational issues.

Eugene began his career in corporate lending at Citibank and ING Bank in Moscow.

He worked in the US, the UK and Europe, with clients operating on a global scale.

Eugene holds an MBA degree from Harvard Business School.
